Di Martino Lab

My PhD research focuses on materials for use in novel memory devices, notably ferroelectric memories. I investigate the underlying principles that drive their physics using advanced in-situ optical characterisation. I propose to create a comprehensive layout of device physics at the nanoscale, with the goal of revealing a compelling technological potential.
